We want you and your pets to be happy with every purchase from Ovista.shop. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • To start a return, please email support@ovista.shop with your order number.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the product was defective or damaged).

Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
  • Please contact us with photos of the damaged item for faster processing.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain pet products may not be eligible for return once opened. We’ll clearly mark these items on product pages.
